Advice to All Families – Positive COVID case
Dear Parents/Guardians,
We have been made aware of another positive Covid19 test at Milford Infants’ School. Birch Tree and Oak Tree Class have been identified as close contacts and parents have received a letter informing them that their child must stay at home for 10 days.
We know that you may find this concerning but we are continuing to monitor the situation and are following advice from Public Health England.
The school remains open for any students not identified as a close contact and your child should continue to attend as normal if they remain well. It is important that you monitor any possible symptoms of this virus at home and that we remain vigilant in following the hygiene and distancing routines in school.
Please see attached flow chart of action to take should someone if your household develop symptoms. Please remember, everyone in your household should isolate from the onset of symptoms whilst waiting for the test result.
