Welcome to Arbor!

We are excited to announce that we have transitioned to Arbor for managing bookings, payments, and permissions.

Parents/guardians can now easily book lunches, trips, clubs, and provide permissions/consent through this new system.

To log in for the first time, please follow

these simple steps:

1. Visit the Arbor login page: Log in to your School | Arbor,
2. Enter the email address you have provided to the school.
3. Click on 'Forgotten password' to receive an email with a link to create your password.
4. Once you’ve set up your password, you can access Arbor via the web or download the Arbor app to receive notifications.

Both the web page and the app allow you to:

• Update your details
• Pay for trips and activities
• Book meal choices

Important Information:

• Meal Bookings: Please remember to book your child’s meal choices by midnight on Thursday to book two weeks in advance as a minimum. Any changes after this time will not be processed for food orders.  If your child will be having a packed lunch from home please leave Arbor blank.  
• If your child has an allergy/intolerance and the meal choice is not suitable for their needs, please leave this blank.  We will then know to choose an 'Allergen Alternative' meal for those days.  
• If your child will be a regular Packed Lunch from home please email the office so we can make a note of this.
