Welcome to Arbor!

We are excited to announce that we have transitioned to Arbor for managing bookings, payments, and permissions.

Parents/guardians can now easily book lunches, trips, clubs, and provide permissions/consent through this new system.

To log in for the first time, please follow

these simple steps:

1. Visit the Arbor login page: Log in to your School | Arbor,
2. Enter the email address you have provided to the school.
3. Click on 'Forgotten password' to receive an email with a link to create your password.
4. Once you’ve set up your password, you can access Arbor via the web or download the Arbor app to receive notifications.

Both the web page and the app allow you to:

• Update your details
• Pay for trips and activities
• Book meal choices all in one place—no more juggling multiple websites!

Important Information:

• Meal Bookings: Please remember to book your child’s meal choices by midnight on Monday for the following week. Any changes after this time will not be processed for food orders, so kindly contact the office if you need to make any last-minute changes.
• Parent Pay: Please note that Parent Pay is no longer in use. All payments and bookings must now be made via Arbor.

We’ve created a help page for common queries, so please consult that first before contacting the school with any issues. As we get used to the new system, we’ll be addressing queries in bulk on a daily/weekly basis. Thank you for your patience as we work through the transition!

Lunches

The deadline for ordering meals on Arbor is every Monday at midnight to make your choices for the following week.  Currently, the system allows you to book or amend lunches after the cut-off date (Monday, a week before). However, the office will not be able to see any changes made after this date. Please make sure to book or amend lunches before the cut-off.
