THIS IS TO INFORM YOU OF OUR ARRANGEMENTS IN THE EVENT OF SCHOOL CLOSURES.
If we are required to close during the school day, parents will be contacted via the school website, the school app and Facebook and we would ask you to collect your child as soon as possible.
In the event the school needs to close overnight, every effort is always made to open the school as normal. However in the exceptional circumstance that we were unable to open the school, a notice will be placed at the top of the school driveway, and a message will be broadcast on the following local radio stations (and published on their websites):

Heart FM 102.6 FM www.heart.co.uk/somerset
Additionally, we will update the school app, Facebook and the school website (www.milford-inf.somerset.sch.uk) We will also make every attempt to update the school answering machine message.
We will notify you of school closure or restricted opening hours.
If there is no notification, you should presume that the school is open as normal.
